Chardham Yatra Ex Delhi (kedarnath Ji By Helicopter) :

Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath from Delhi. Kedarnath ji by Helicopter (Helicopter Extra Cost).

Duration : 11 DAYS/ 10 NIGHTS


Day 01-Delhi to Haridwar (230 kms/6-7 hrs)

Arrival Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Hotel, Meet & Assist further drive to Haridwar. Transfer to your Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in evening. Back to your hotel, Night halt.


Day 02: Haridwar to Barkot (220 kms/7-8 hr)

Drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. Enroute visit Kempty Fall and later drive straight to your Hotel for night halt.


Day 03: Barkot to Yamunotri via Barkot (36 kms drive & 6 kms trek(one side))

Drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri (6kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arrival Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to Divya Shila, After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's warm water and having "Darshan" of pious "Yamunaji" returning to Jankichatti. Later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04 : Barkot to Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)

Drive to Uttarkashi. Check in Hotel, Later at evening visit Vishwanath Temple . Night Halt. Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi.The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected.

Day 05 : Uttarkashi to Gangotri via Uttarkashi (100kms/3-4 each side)

We proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas . After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 06 : Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (220kms/8-9hr)

Early morning, drive straight to Guptkashi. Check in Hotel, night halt.

Day 07 : Guptkashi – Phata Helipad (10kms) - Kedarnath – Phata (By Helicopter) – Guptkashi

Morning drive to Phata (Helipad), transfer to Kedarnath by Helicopter.Visit Kedarnath Temple, Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. Return back to Phata. Later drive back to Guptkashi. Rest day at leisure. Overnight stay. Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva, the protector and the destroyer. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface.The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations.The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madhmaheshwar and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as Panch Kedar.

Day 08 : Guptkashi to Badrinath/Joshimath/Govindghat (165kms/7hr)

Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Overnight stay.

Day 09 : Joshimath/Govindghat/Badrinath to Joshimath (44kms/3hr)

Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus).There are other interesting sight seeing spot like Mana,Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Later drive back to Joshimath / Pandukeshwar / Govindghar Check in Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 10 : Joshimath to Rishikesh (255kms/8-9hr) / Haridwar

Early morning, visit Narsingh Temple & Shankracharaya Math. Later, Drive back to Rishikesh/Haridwar Check in Hotel. Overnight stay..

Day 11 : Rishikesh/Haridwar to Hardwar via Delhi (250kms/7-8 hr)

Drive back to Delhi . On Arr. Delhi , transfer to Railway Station / Airport

Reservations, Amendment & Cancellation

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by company email.
The booking will be accepted on full advance payment by cash/online transfer in favor of Rigveda Resort.


The cancellation rules are as follows:
  • 15 or more days before arrival 60%
  • Less than 15 days before arrival /no show no refund

  • Refund
    Refund will be made after producing original booking confirmation receipt and email.Cancellation charges will be applicable on the full amount of the total reservation for example if tourist pays 50% amount in advance and cancels his/her reservation, then cancellation charge will be calculated on the full reservation.
    No refund will be made in the eventuality of the reservation being cancelled / re-scheduled due to natural calamities,unforeseen circumstances etc.
    If guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website or on mail at the earliest convenience. The resort will not be liable if it fails to provide its products and services due to unavailability.

    In the event that the resort, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances, however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the resort will return any deposit made and consider it cancelled.
    Rigveda Resort does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.
